• A free 30 minute consultation to see if Metabolic Balance® would be beneficial for you, to discuss your aims and what is required by you to achieve success with the programme.

• Full blood chemistry, as prepared by the Doctor's Laboratory (you will be provided with a copy).

• Start-up consultation to discuss individualised plan based on blood analysis results and questionnaire. You will be weighed and measured and your body composition will be noted. This covers Phase 1 (preparation phase) and Phase 2 (strict adjustment phase).

• First follow-up consultation.

• Second follow up consultation to introduce you to Phase 3 (relaxed phase) which includes recipes and an extended food list.

• Three further consultations (face-to-face, telephone or skype) during the three months to monitor progress, body composition, waist and hip measurements.

• Progress plan for Phase 4 (maintenance phase).
